WHO WE ARE
The Bigoleria Alla Rocca di Soave, located in the province of Verona, offers fresh homemade pasta every day, which can be seasoned with over 200 different sauces and other specialties of the Venetian cuisine.
The trattoria, which is next to the walls of the medieval castle, offers dishes prepared in a welcoming and jovial environment, with the utmost attention to the choice of raw materials.
The management is family-based and the service simple and courteous.
The three types of pasta (in addition to bigoli, maccheroncini and fettuccine), in 200 gram portions, can be paired with many varieties of condiments to suit all tastes.
Furthermore, the menu offers platters of cured meats and cheeses, large salads, soups, meat main courses and excellent desserts. All accompanied by a good wine or a selection of drafts beers.

FRESH PASTA
Our fresh pasta is prepared every day with selected ingredients and offered to customers in generous portions.
Bigoli is the quintessential fresh pasta from Veneto. It is a long pasta, similar to a thick spaghetti, with an excellent roughness ideal for holding sauces and condiments.
Maccheroncini are characterized by few ridges and a very pronounced thickness. They are generally cut quite short to allow sauces to penetrate inside.
Fettuccine, despite their flat section, differ from tagliatelle due to their narrower width. They pair perfectly with any type of sauce.

The sauces are over 200, all worth trying: they range from Venetian styles to the classics of national tradition, from vegetarian to cheese-based, from game meat to those with meats and charcuterie. All are perfectly paired with our fresh pasta.
